On Wednesday, July 11th our speaker was District Governor David Tirard. He shared with us his journey to joining rotary. He then laid how he would like to see rotary move forward for his year as Rotary District 7770 District Governor. The Rotary Club of Lake Murray-Irmo was honored to have Mr. Tirard come and speak with us.
