On Wednesday, January 16th, Maurice Simpkins a 5th grader from Nursery Roade Elementary was recognized for being the Rotary Club of Lake Murray-Irmo Student of the Month. He was present with his parents, older sister and his twin sister, as well as, her principal Ms. Love Ligons. He is always going above and beyond to make others feel important and loves serving.
