The Rotary Club of Lake Murray-Irmo was pleased to welcome one of its own members Rep. James Smith who is currently crisscrossing the state letting people know about his “common sense” approach for government and his plans for being governor of South Carolina. Rep. Smith’s long career in the military and serving his state certainly embodies the Rotarian motto “service above self.”
