Sheriff Leon Lott, fellow Rotarian, shared with us his perspective on the unrest in Ferguson and how important it is for law enforcement to build lasting honest relationships with their community. His dedication to our community is evident as he passionately spoke with us about how his department works every day to reach out to the community through education. They also develop cost effective strategies to protect the citizens through programs such as military surplus. Honesty and communication are his keys to a successful and happy community.
