Rotary clubs are looking for business and community leaders who espouse the qualities of “service above self.”  Contact a Rotarian to find out about what Rotary means to that person and how Rotary can impact you.  You can learn more about Rotary International by visiting www.rotary.org.

As a member of a local Rotary club, you get a chance to become more involved in your community and to provide aid to other parts of the world through the opportunities that your Rotary club and Rotary International offer.  Longtime Rotarians agree that involvement is the key to getting the most out of membership.  Regular attendance is essential to a strong and active Rotary Club.  Rotarians participate in weekly meetings and community projects, and enjoy the fellowship of community leaders striving for common interests.  We support multiple community and international projects, help with fund raising efforts, and provide invaluable service to the community and beyond.  The anticipated annual expenses related to club membership are approximately $1,000, which includes a breakfast buffet weekly with notable local, state and national speakers, contributions to the Rotary International Foundation, annual dues, etc.

The Rotary Club of Lake Murray-Irmo Membership Chair is Jessica Kline.  Email her for details about the opportunities to become a part of the club.
